Our North Annex camp areas can be used for any gathering—quiet tents to group RV rows—set between Spruce Creek and the beach with temperate rainforest for privacy. You’ll find 80+ sites, including RV sites along Spruce Creek with 30-amp power and 30+ wooded tent sites tucked under the trees. It’s an easy walk to the shoreline, near our large group firepit, and a quick hop to the pavilion for receptions or meetups. Private entrance/exit keeps traffic smooth for shuttles and vendors, and the forested layout makes it feel like your own coastal campground—right next to the party.

Imagine Your Event at Miller's Landing
The Seaside Event Tent & Fire Pit
Customize it for any occasion—from weddings to birthdays, we’ve hosted it all and welcome new creative events. The pavilion accommodates up to 300 guests and features string lighting, multiple outlets inside, clear paneling on the walls and ceiling that frames the mountain views, a rustic wood accent wall, and immediate access to the beach and our massive, large group firepit that can fit whole pallets. We also have table and chair rentals available as well as alcohol services! Reach out to us for details.
Cabins and Yurts in the Annex
Between the event tent and the beach are several different lodging options ranging from dry cabins to yurts with full amenities.
- Uncle Steve’s Cabin — Cabin with full kitchen, bath and porch. Sleeps 9.
- The Rocket House — Cozy clamping cabin near the beach, kitchenette. Sleeps 4.
- Silver Derby Cabins (x2) — Compact camping cabins with kitchenettes and bunk beds. Sleeps 4 each (8 total).
- Full Yurt (bath + half kitchen) — Heated yurt with kitchenette and bathroom. Sleeps 6.
- Dry Camping Yurt — Rustic, woodstove-heated yurt with beds. Sleeps 6.

Exclusive-Use (Full Grounds): Full Grounds rental provides exclusive use of the North Annex with private entrance/exit.

Large Groups (150+): May require additional deposit/fees and/or local rental of extra facilities/services.

Commercial Use: Prohibited unless specifically approved; additional insurance and pricing may be required.

Cancellations
- A $10 cancellation fee is imposed for all reservations canceled.
- Cancellations must be received by email only to [email protected]. The cancellation notice date is the date the email was received at [email protected] Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
- Cancellations received by email 30 days or more prior to the first day of the reservation are charged a $10 cancellation fee and receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations received by email 30-16 days prior to the first day of the reservation are charged a $10 cancellation fee and receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations received by email 15 to 29 days prior to arrival are charged a $10 cancellation fee and receive a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations received by email within 14 days prior to arrival are charged a $10 cancellation fee and do not qualify for refund.
If you are booking a charter and lodging and your charter, water taxi or kayaking is cancelled due to weather you are still responsible for the lodging or camping reservations and the normal cancellation policy applies. All of our activities are possible during rain, so rain does not constitute a cancellation. Miller’s Landing is not responsible for vehicle break downs, personal emergencies, flight delays, health issues or other unforeseen hardships. We will try very hard to work with you but the cancellation policy will need to be applied if we cannot issue a rain-check or find an alternative solution that appeals to both parties.

We offer in-house catering and alcohol service for everything from beachfront receptions to board retreats—handled by a licensed team that can match your menu, bar style, and budget. Prefer to bring in outside pros? We’re happy to recommend trusted local caterers, bakers, bartending teams, and food trucks, and coordinate logistics with your vendors (permits/COIs as required).

Level up your gathering with add-ons and group adventures: private kayak tours, fishing charters, and water taxi trips—often at exclusive group rates.
You can even split your group—some fish while others kayak—then swap, so everyone gets their ideal day before regrouping at the beach fire or pavilion.

We can host large fishing groups with a mixed fleet—two 6-pax boats (Thomasea and Avery H.) the Fox Willie which rated 10 for halibut anglers (16 total passengers), and the Islay M. which is rated 14 for halibut anglers (20 total passengers)—putting up to 48 anglers on the water at once.
For transport, we operate two water taxis (one with 16 seats + 4 standing, and one for 6 passengers).
For glacier kayaking in Kenai Fjords National Park, groups are up to 13 guests per pod; we can run multiple 13-person pods in separate areas (they may pass on the water) to protect beaches, respect wildlife, and follow park rules.
In Resurrection Bay, private kayak groups can range from 20 to 52 guests max, organized in guided pods to meet safety ratios and preserve the coastline.
