Customer Service Representative

Overview

40 hours per week

Three crews cover our hours of operation – 7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days a week. You must be willing to work morning shift, evening shift and weekends as needed. We try to schedule our employees with 2 days off in a row as often as possible.

This is a front of house position, our Customer Service Representatives will spend most of their time acting as a concierge – helping clients find their tours, filling out fishing licenses, helping make bookings, keeping the store clean, and proscessing sales.

Skills Needed

  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Professional, courteous attitude and appearance
  • Works well with public
  • Must pay great attention to detail
  • Must have excellent math skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be bondable

Job Duties

  • Processes walk-in reservations
  • Assits guests with check-in procedure and directions
  • Balances sales reports
  • Acts as a Safety Net for finding mistakes in Reservations
  • Files All Reservations
  • Performs Daily Side Work
  • Restocking soda/candy/merchandise
  • Cleaning coffee area and work area
  • Cleaning windows
  • Cleaning floors (night shift)
  • Pricing merchandise
  • Odd jobs as requested by manager
