The best three days you could spend in Seward on the ultimate adventure involving kayaking, fishing and more!

The Ultimate Alaska Fishing Experience!

14+ passengers, get the 15th & 16th passenger free!

Miller’s Landing is truly offering the best deal in town, designed for groups up to 16 people for the ultimate in small group fishing and kayaking service. Enjoy a fully outfitted full day sport fishing charter for all species with up to 10 passengers, followed by a full day drop off into strikingly gorgeous Northwestern Fjord with up to 6 passengers where a guide, kayaks, and lunch await.  Spend the afternoon pulling delicious fish from the depths of the sea one day and watching Harbor Seals loft on ice floes the next.

Current (2016) ADF&G Halibut Regulations state a 4 fish annual limit, with a 2 per day harvest total. By going fishing two days, we maximize your ability to catch your annual limit of Halibut and your daily limit of Black Bass, Silver Salmon, Yellow Eye Rockfish and Ling Cod. Additionally, we can cycle larger parties through the boat so that everybody has the ability to fish twice and kayak once, with the same departure and return platform.  No more insane morning logistics – wake up in one of our local cabins or the comfort of your rental RV and walk to the store for the morning departure. We’ll pick you right up from the beach!

The boat – a high tunnel, high speed, USCG inspected passenger transporting aluminum catamaran has been designed through collaboration with ACI boats out of Port Townsend for this exact purpose.

It’s something we think will usher in a new era of adventure tourism for Miller’s Landing, and offer the visitors of Seward an amazing level of flexibility in their trip planning.

The Fox Wilie (named for Grandpa Fred Week’s nickname in the Vietnam and Korean Wars) is a 34′ x 13′ aluminum catamaran with seating for 16 passengers and up to 4 crew members, she will be inspected for 20 people. Proudly featuring a landing gate on the bow, which allows the crew to walk on and off right from the beach, and a full walkthrough – walk around the cabin.  It has a marine head, accessed from the port stern quarter, built in fish boxes, below decks storage for excess gear and even a beverage station.  A fish cleaning table/bait station with saltwater wash down sits across the aft portion of the vessel.  She can carry kayaks on top of the house – and when needed to perform as a water taxi platform exclusively – along both sides of the house. Enough storage to pack 6 doubles on deck and more above, she can carry enough kayaks for each passenger when required.

Our goal is to be able to take folks that want to go fishing, and not exclude their family members that want to go sightseeing or kayaking, without cheating either person out of a full day experience. We have a really good plan, check it out!
