Kayaker's Cove |
 Kayaker's Cove is a favorite destination point for both campers and
kayakers. Kayaker's Cove is located 11 water miles from Miller's
Landing, near the spit of Fox Island in Resurrection Bay, and is only
accessible by boat.
You can stay in the main cabin which
provides the kitchen and all cooking and eating utensils at the Cove or
book a private cabin.
The owner, Mike O'Connor, is your host at the main cabin. Kayak rentals are
available at Kayaker's Cove at very reasonable rates for guests. Here
you can explore the protected waters by kayak, where you will see sea
lion haul outs, bird rookeries, puffins, eagles, and an occasional
whale. You can also just come to hike and rest in a peaceful wilderness
setting surrounded by beautiful mountains and ocean beaches.
 Or spend
the day kayaking, and rest comfortably at the end of the day in the
cabins. The camp provides a kitchen and all cooking and eating utensils,
you provide your own food and beverages. Bring your own sleeping
bag, otherwise bedding is available for a small additional fee.
Miller's Landing can make
your reservations for camping at the cabin/lodge at Kayaker's Cove, and
the reservations for water taxi transportation to Kayaker's Cove as
there is no phone service at the lodge. More information on

own pace.
