ANCHORAGE TO SEWARD COASTAL CLASSIC ADVENTURE: Travel the Alaska Railroad route from Anchorage to Seward (or back). Whether you choose Adventure Class or the Gold Star service, the train has spacious, comfortable seating, wildlife and history interpreters, food, drinks and is incredibly scenic!
DEPARTURE TIMES ANCHORAGE TO SEWARD: The Anchorage train departs Anchorage once daily at 6:45AM (you must be there by 5:45AM) and arrives in Seward at 11:05AM.
DEPARTURE TIMES SEWARD TO ANCHORAGE: The Seward to Anchorage route departs Seward once daily at 6:00PM (you must be at the Seward Boat Harbor by 5:30PM). The train will arrive in Anchorage at 10:15PM.
ANCHORAGE TO DENALI - DENALI STAR (Anchorage - Wasilla - Talkeetna - Denali - Fairbanks):
Travel on the Alaska Railroad to Denali or all the way to Fairbanks! Head to the park in comfort and style on the historic Alaskan Railroad! Save the money on the car rental you won't be using whilst hiking Denali's gorgeous trail systems, or sip cold drinks and watch Bear and Moose right from the window - this is real!
DEPARTURE TIMES LEAVING ANCHORAGE: The Northbound Anchorage train departs anchorage at 8:15AM (you must be there by 7:15am) and arrives at Talkeetna at 11:05AM, Denalit at 3:40PM, or Fairbanks at 8:00PM.
DEPARTURE TIMES LEAVING FAIRBANKS / DENALI / TALKEETNA: The Southbound train from Fairbanks, Denali, or Talkneetna leave at 8:15AM from Fairbanks, 12:30PM from Denali, or 4:55 from Talkeetna. As usual, you must be at the station at least 1 hour early.

Travel Alaska's scenic byways on the Alaska Park Connection coach service. Featuring comfortable coaches and strategically scheduled daily runs, the Park Connection makes best use of your limited vacation time as you travel through spectacular wilderness areas including Denali National Park, Chugach National Forest, Denali State Park and Chugach State Park.
The Park Connection offers three schedules to meet your needs, including two trips daily in both directions between Denali and Anchorage, as well as Anchorage and Seward.
The Park to Park service is the only transportation link available which allows travel between Denali or Talkeetna and Seward (either direction) in a single day. Visitors who have already spent time in Anchorage will appreciate this money saving feature.
The Seward Express service is great for passengers traveling to Seward for the day to take a Kenai Fjords National Park cruise.
Rates for infants and children under the age of 12 are 50% off the adult rates listed above.

Seward Bus Line is a passenger transportation company operating out of Anchorage, Alaska. The depot is conveniently located in midtown Anchorage at 1130 W International Airport Rd, and in Seward at 539 3rd Ave. and buses leave two times per day.
Seward Bus Lines provides daily transportation to and from Anchorage, as well as (for an additional $5.00) any hotel in Anchorage, any rental car company in Anchorage, and the Anchorage Airport.
The 126 mile long Seward Highway connects Anchorage to Seward. It has been called one of the most scenic highways in the country and has been designated a National Forest Scenic Byway. You can view Beluga Whales, Bore Tides, Bear and Moose ambling along the roadsides, and so much more. It's a gorgeous ride!
Leaving Anchorage heading South, the Seward Highway follows the north shore of Turnagain Arm through Chugach State Park and Chugach National Forest, providing a panoramic view of the Southern shore and the Kenai Mountains. The drive from Anchorage is approximately two hours and fifteen minutes, with plenty of opportunity to stop along the way at quaint towns like Indian, Girdwood, Portage, Whittier, Hope, and Moose Pass - all just on the way to Seward!
