Please note: These
forms are a request for a reservation of space and NOT a confirmation
that your reservation
has been accepted. We will confirm your
reservation very soon if we have space available and will let you know
if we dont via email. You will be informed as to open spaces available
on the trip/date you request. |

| To finalize your request: We will acknowledge your reservation request
and reply to you with a confirmation number and price when we confirm
your reservation. We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa,
Discover, and Travelers Checks and require a 50% deposit of your total
fee to confirm and hold your reservation date. If you have multiple
credit cards for your party please have each person fill out their own
reservation form. The remainder of the
charter is automatically billed to your credit card within 30 days of
the departure date. We will not charge anything on your card until we
have confirmed your reservation. |

• Should you need to cancel before May 1st there is a $15.00
cancellation/change fee.
Should you need to cancel after May 1 and or 15 days prior to charter
date, there is a 25% cancellation fee and we
refund the balance.
There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of
reservation date.
If the charter is cancelled due to weather, the guest has the choice
of a full refund or rain check for another day.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Miller's Landing in writing
- either email or fax. Fax number is 907-224-9197.
Any and all changes to reservations will require a $15.00 change fee
per reservation, as stated in your confirmation.
There is no prorating or return of any monies for arriving late for your
charter reservations.

your reservation unless
your reservation is in the month of May.
Should you need to cancel after May 1 and or 15 days prior to arrival
date, there is a one night
cancellation fee and refund of the balance.
There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of
arrival.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Miller's Landing in
writing - either email or fax.

Any and all changes to reservations will require a $15.00 change fee
per reservation, as stated in your confirmation.
There is no prorating or return of any monies for arriving late for your
camping reservations,
or for departing early from accommodations paid
for at check in.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Major Marine
Tours:
Cruise reservations purchased at regular price are fully refundable
until two weeks prior to cruise date
70% refundable within two
weeks of cruise until 24 hours prior to cruise
Non-refundable within 24 hours of
cruise.
Cruise reservations purchased at special reduced rates are
non-refundable.
Ask your reservation agent about the refund policy
applicable to your reservation.
After purchase, reservation date may be
changed once at no charge by calling at least 24 hours prior to
original
cruise - subject to availability of desired cruise.
Each subsequent
change will be subject to a $15 per person change fee.
Tickets not used
at the time of sailing ("no show") are non-refundable and may not be
used on other sailings.
At time of placing reservations, we must receive
payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
At the discretion of the Coast Guard certified captain, Major Marine
Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-route
its cruises based on
weather or other conditions. In such cancellations, Major Marine Tours
may modify the
full-day tour, and will refund $40 per adult and $20 per
child.
Payment Policy:
A $50/person deposit is required for reservations on our
Kenai Fjords National Park & Prince William Sound cruises.
A $30
per person deposit is required for reservations made for our Kenai
Fjords Resurrection Bay cruises.
The remaining balance is due 30 days
prior to your cruise departure.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Kenai Fjords
Tours/Prince William Sound Cruises & Tours:
Bookings require 50% deposit of total booking within seven days and
full payment 30 days prior to date of service.
Bookings made within
30 days of date of service require full payment at time of booking.
Full
refund for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to travel.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to date of travel are
nonrefundable.
Kenai Fjords Tours and Prince William Sound Cruises &
Tours may make cancellations if weather or other conditions
prevail. In
this case, Kenai Fjords Tours and Prince William Sound Cruises & Tours
are liable for only the funds
paid to them.
If weather or sea conditions
allow cruising in Resurrection Bay only, Kenai Fjords Tours may modify a
National Park
Tour and will refund $40 per full-fare adult and $20 per
full-fare child.
