No kayaking experience necessary -
Our guides start you off right away with instruction then off you
go! Miller's Landing provides a number
of kayaking options to explore the beautiful pristine shores of
Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park. We have every
option available for kayaking and employ top notch guides, staff, and
licensed Captains to make your kayaking trip perfect.

Our guides go through extensive training for local knowledge of the
area, safety, natural history, park rules, leave no trace, and rescue
training. Our kayak guides are exceptional, and many have ACA or BCU
certification, Wilderness First Responder Training, EMT training, and
Leave No Trace training (or are trainers for training).
The wildlife and scenery begins right here at Miller's Landing! We also
have a wide selection of optional equipment to rent for experienced
kayakers such as bear canisters, marine radios, booties, wet suits and
more. Our equipment is new or like new.
Miller's Landing is also the only Seward outfit with a custom designed
state-of-the-art water taxi service - making our kayak trips unique,
more remote, and best of all very affordable! Because we have the water
taxi, we can get you to the best kayaking destinations in Resurrection
Bay and the Kenai Fjords easily!
Watch for soaring eagles, comical puffins, playful sea otters, and
majestic whales and sea lions while on the water taxi! .Miller's Landing
utilizes our water taxi service for the majority of our kayak guided
trips so that we can take you to the best kayaking destinations our area
has to offer. Unlike most kayaking outfits, the majority of our guided
trips are on the west side of Resurrection Bay or in the Kenai Fjords
National Park which is only accessible by boat. But the good news is
that even though we utilize the water taxi, we have left the prices for
these trips at comparable rates to the non-water taxi destinations that
other kayaking outfits offer. We have chosen only the most pristine
areas for kayaking destinations.
If you are looking for that perfect kayaking destination, we can get you
there easily. We also rent all of the private and remote
oceanfront
cabins on Resurrection Bay so if you would prefer a cabin experience
with your kayaking trip we can arrange that as well.
