Full Or Half Day Private Sightseeing Charters are a nice alternative to the busy tour boat option with up to 200 people on board. Miller’s Landing offers a private, exclusive Kenai Fjords wildlife and glacier touring charter. You’ll have the opportunity to view whales, sea lions, and seabirds up close and at a casual pace on a small, personalized tour with a maximum of six passengers aboard. We also have two 43 foot boats that can take 12 to 22 passengers for larger groups! The limited amount of passengers makes for a private and personalized experience for excellent photo opportunities and relaxed fishing. You’ll appreciate the personalized attention when your Captain will stop for photo opportunities and answer your questions about wildlife as we encounter whales, sea lions, bird rookeries, glaciers, and other marine wildlife.

Half Day Fishing And Sightseeing Tour

Half Day Fishing And Sightseeing Tour: Departs at 6:00 AM and returns at 11:00 AM Departs at 4:00 PM returning at 9:00 PM in the evening. $150 plus $10 per person fuel surcharge. Involves a beautiful sightseeing tour through Resurrection Bay, El Dorado Narrows, Cape Resurrection, near Cape Alalik and by the beautiful Harding Icefield's plus Bear Glacier and includes approximately 2 and a half hours of fishing and 2 and a half hours of wildlife and glacier viewing. We will stop for photos, look for whales, sea otters, puffins, bird rookeries, mountain goats, sea lions, eagles, sea otters and other marine wildlife. Fishing is whatever is running strong (Captain's choice) and could be halibut, salmon, ling cod, snappers, bass or a combination.

Half Day Sightseeing Only

Half Day Sightseeing Only : Departs at 6:00 AM and returns at 11:00 AM Departs at 4:00 PM returning at 9:00 PM in the evening. Minimum of 6 required. $150 plus $10 per person fuel surcharge. Book and exclusive charter for your party and have the whole boat to yourself for 5 hours of sightseeing.  A beautiful sightseeing tour through Resurrection Bay, El Dorado Narrows, Cape Resurrection, near Cape Alalik and by the beautiful Harding Icefield's plus Bear Glacier and includes approximately 2 and a half hours of fishing and 2 and a half hours of wildlife and glacier viewing. We will stop for photos, look for whales, sea otters, puffins, bird rookeries, mountain goats, sealions, eagles, sea otters and other marine wildlife.

Ultimate Sightseeing Half Day Ride Alone Trip

Ultimate Sightseeing Half Day Ride Alone Trip: Only $100 plus $10 fuel surcharge. Only goes out when there are Aialik Kayak dropoffs (ask us for dates) Ride along with us to pick up kayakers in the heart of the Kenai Fjords National Park. While we are dropping them off or picking them up you actually can get off the boat and beach comp, pick berries, ect.A beautiful sightseeing tour through Resurrection Bay, El Dorado Narrows, Cape Resurrection, near Cape Alalik and by the beautiful Harding Icefield's plus Bear Glacier and includes approximately 2 and a half hours of fishing and 2 and a half hours of wildlife and glacier viewing. We will stop for photos, look for whales, sea otters, puffins, bird rookeries, mountain goats, sea lions, eagles, sea otters and other marine wildlife.

Sightseeing Areas Include the Kenai Fjords National Park and Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge area and will cover the same waters for sightseeing that the various Kenai Fjords Tour boats encounter on their full day tours. We will go to the Chiswell Islands, famous for it’s colorful seabird viewing and the Aialik/Holgate Glacier areas of the lovely Kenai Fjords. On your private cruise, you’ll see active calving glaciers flowing out of the vast Harding Icefield , bird rookeries aflutter with thousands of puffins and beaches covered with barking Stellar sea lions. Whales are almost always seen on this beautiful cruise, as well as seals, Orcas, Dall porpoise, bear, mountain goats, eagles, and other wildlife. Explore the mystical untouched fjords with it’s exciting alpine, piedmont, and tidewater glaciers, cascading waterfalls, steep cliffs, tidewater caves and pristine beaches.

Also Available for Full Day (or Half Day) Sightseeing Tours in the lovely Kenai Fjords National Park are tours with two major tour boat companies: Kenai Fjords Tours and Major Marine Tours. These tours are generally less expensive than the Miller’s Landing tours because they carry larger groups of people on board. Cancellation Policies

• There are no penalties for canceling prior to May 1

• Should you need to cancel after May 1 and or 15 days prior to arrival date, there is a 25% cancellation fee and we refund the balance.

• There are no refunds for reservations canceled within 2 weeks of arrival.
  There is no prorating or return of any monies for arriving late for your fishing reservations.

• In the case of a cancellation due to weather or mechanical breakdown, the guest has the choice of a refund or rain check for another day.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to Miller's Landing in writing
