Cancellation Policies for Miller's Landing

These are Cancellation and Change Policies only for Miller's

Miller's Landing Change Policy:
All reservation changes are subject to a $15.00 paper fee unless you are adding to your reservation. Reservation changes are limited to space availability at the time the changes are requested.

Miller's Landing Water taxi Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 paper fee if cancelled before May 1st of each year. After May 1st and or 15 days prior to your departure/trip date, there is a 25% cancellation fee, and we will refund the balance. If this is a multi-day event, in no case shall the cancellation fee exceed first day’s fee. If you need to cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date there are no refunds. All requests for cancellation must be in writing. You may email your request to millerslanding@alaska.com, fax it to 1-907-224-9197, or mail it PO Box 81, Seward AK 99664. If the water taxi is cancelled by us the guest has a choice of a rain check for a later water taxi or a full refund.



Miller's Landing Fishing Charter Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 paper fee if cancelled before May 1st of each year. After May 1st and or 15 days prior to your departure date, there is a 25% cancellation fee, and we will refund the balance. If you need cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date there are no refunds. All requests for cancellation must be in writing. You may email your request to millerslanding@alaska.com, fax it to 1-907-224-9197, or mail it PO Box 81, Seward AK 99664. If the fishing charter is cancelled by us the guest has a choice of a rain check for a later fishing trip or a full refund.

Miller's Landing Camping, and Cabins Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 paper fee if cancelled before May 1st of each year. After May 1st and or 15 days prior to your arrival date, there is a 1 night cancellation fee, and we will refund the balance. If you need cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date there are no refunds. All requests for cancellation must be in writing. You may email your request to millerslanding@alaska.com, fax it to 1-907-224-9197, or mail it PO Box 81, Seward AK 99664.
 

Miller's Landing Guided Kayak Trips and Lessons Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 paper fee if cancelled before May 1st of each year. After May 1st and or 15 days prior to your departure date, there is a 25% cancellation fee, and we will refund the balance. If you need cancel 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival date there are no refunds. All requests for cancellation must be in writing. If the kayak lessons or guided trips are cancelled by us the guest has a choice of a rain check for a later kayak lesson/guided trip or a full refund.
