Nick and Beulah's Four-Bedroom Cabin

This is a very nice 4 bedroom cabin; sleeping 8 people maximum for $250 to $350 depending on the amount of rooms taken: ($250 rate is for 2 bedrooms or up to 4 people and each additional room taken is $50 more). (The house is only rented to one group of people at a time.) TWO NIGHT MINIMUM UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED.  (Note: Children under age 2 are still counted as a person).  There are 4 bedrooms total; - two have a queen bed in each room; one has a double bed, one has two twin (long) beds.  There is a bathroom with tub and shower; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils and a full fridge. Also a BBQ grill outside. The comfortable living room has cable TV, VCR and wireless internet service. Local phone service is provided; should you need to make long distance calls, be prepared to pay with credit card or prepaid phone card. NOTE: There is an additional charge for not fully cleaning the kitchen upon departure.  No Pets, No Smoking indoors.  Open May through September only.  Check in is 4 PM : Check out is 11 PM .  $50 hour fee for late check outs.  Cash or checks only (but credit card will be taken for collateral and for no/show purposes).  This cabin is a nice cabin, located outside of town.  It is approximately a 10 minute drive to downtown Seward or the boat harbor; and a 15 minute drive to Lowell Point (Miller's Landing).

R & M-An English Lodge

This Lodge is reserved as a whole house. Each of the three bedrooms is decorated with the English countryside in mind.  Settle back, have a cup of tea and enjoy the quiet. Watch for the occasional visit from our local wildlife. You never know what might be just outside the door, grazing amongst the trees! 2 suites based on availability;$225 per night per suite (based on party of 4, $25.00 per night per additional person); Each suite includes a main bedroom with a king bed; and depending on your needs either a room with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds; fully equipped kitchen; dining area; cable TV; full bathroom and washer and dryer. Queen size rollaway beds are also available. Sea Suites is located at the base of Mt. Marathon with a view of down town Seward, and with-in walking distance of numerous seaside restaurants, gift shops, fishing charters, and whale watching and glacier tours. North of Seward - Moose Cabin

The Moose Cabin is located on the grounds of a private home with it’s own private entrance.  It is about a 10 minute drive to the town of Seward and a 15 minute drive to Miller's Landing.  It  is fully furnished and has  two bedrooms. 

One  bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds.  It also has a full futon in the living room.  It can accommodate up to six people.  It has a full bath with tub and shower.  It also has a washer and dryer.  The Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you'll need to cook and serve that salmon or halibut you just caught!  There is no phone for customers and no pets allowed.  The front room has Television with a VCR and Cable.  There is a deck off the main entrance for bar-b-q's or just relaxing in the fresh air.

The view is of the forest, mountains and Lost creek which usually has trout and spawning salmon for your viewing...   Also watch for an occasional moose to saunter through the yard! Please no smoking or pets inside the apartment.  Both are allowed outside.

North of Seward: Raven Cabin # 1

$175 for the first 6 people and $25 for the rollaway bed if you need it for a seventh person. No smoking and no pets.

North of Seward Raven Cabin # 2 is a comfortable spacious cabin with private bath and two separate sleeping areas. It sleeps four with a queen bed in the back room and two twins in the front room. The cabin is conveniently located at Mile 6, just 3 miles North of Seward, and is surrounded by 4 acres of beautiful spruce trees, providing a peaceful and quiet setting. The cabin has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. There is a small two burner cook stove and a mini fridge to cook on, and there is a charcoal barbeque outside to use.

$150 for the first 4 people.  No smoking and no pets.

North of Seward Raven Cabin # 3 is a comfortable spacious cabin with private bath with two sleeping areas.  It is perfect for a larger group or family traveling together.  It sleeps six to seven people with a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds and a queen bed in the loft. There is also a rollaway available.  The cabin is conveniently located at Mile 6, just 3 miles North of Seward, and is surrounded by 4 acres of beautiful spruce trees, providing a peaceful and quiet setting. The cabin has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a two-burner cook stove. Also there is a charcoal barbeque outside to use. This cabin has a bathroom with a shower (sorry no tub).

North of Seward: Cedar Cabin

North of Seward Cedar Cabin  is a beautiful cabin perfect for 2 people but could sleep 4 although it may be crowded with four.  It is in a secluded wooded setting north of the town of Seward but just a 10 minute drive to town. The cabin comes with teas, coffees, hot chocolate, dishes, utensils and a BBQ on the front porch, and even comes with paper plates!  There is a thermostatically controlled fireplace.   It has a king sized bed and a queen sized futon.  The bath has a large shower completely stocked with toiletries.  

Rates: One night $150.00 based on double occupancy, $15 per each extra person per night, 4 people maximum. Two or more nights will be $125.00 per night.

 

North of  Seward: River Cabins

The North of Seward River Cabins include a total of 7 cabins in a peaceful wooded setting just 10 minutes north of Seward.  One cabin is a large family cabin with two bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people and rents for $230 a night.. The other cabins sleep 2 to 3 comfortably and rent for $140 a night.

Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have the following amenities:

• A rollaway or fold-down futon is available for extra guests
• Full private bath

This is a comfortable, large hand crafted log cabin boasting a strategic location for hiking, sightseeing and snow machining. It is approximately a five minute drive to downtown Seward or the Boat Harbor area and about a 10 to 15 minute drive to Miller’s Landing. You can go hiking or biking through the spruce forests with views of glaciers and the beautiful Lost Lake in the summer, or enjoy snow machining up the trail to sub alpine meadows in the winter. This is the closest location to the Lost Lake Trailhead of any cabins in the Seward area. The kitchen includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee/apple cider/tea, toaster, all dishes, utensils, pots, pans and coffee/tea, apple cider. There is no cook stove but there is a private barbeque area with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. The bathroom includes a shower and soaps. The downstairs area has a couch and living area. Each cabin sleeps 6 people in 3 queen beds (linens included)

Whale Inn

Alaska’s Whale Inn is a house that has separate suites, each with their own private entrance, their own private kitchens and baths, and cable TV, TV/VCR and more. It is just a few minute’s walk to the SeaLife Center and downtown Seward and about a mile away from the Seward Small Boat Harbor, making it ideal for those coming in on the train or wishing to lodge in Seward without renting a vehicle. A description of each of the suites is listed below:

"A Room with a View"

sleeps up to four people comfortably. $145 for 2 people and $10 for each additional person
Private entrance, full kitchens, and baths. "A ROOM WITH A VIEW" is a studio, sleeping up to 4 comfortably with a king (or can be broken down into two twins) and a couch/sofa sleeper (full sized), boasting a 360 degree view of Seward's glacier capped mountains and Resurrection Bay. It has a full sized kitchen complete with pots/pans, dishes, stove, microwave. It also has a private bath with shower. The living room section has a TV/VCR, stereo and cable TV. There are books, CD’s, videos, and games. Within walking distance to the Alaska SeaLife Center, Local Shops, Restaurants, Movie Theatre, Museum, Resurrect Art Coffee House and Resurrection Bay.

 

“The International Suite"

 sleeps 5 people for $185 for 2 and $10 for each additional person. It has a large one bedroom suite with wood floors through out and a private entrance. It sleeps five people with a queen bed in one bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room and a twin rollaway. It has a full kitchen with pots, pans dishes… Also the living room area has TV/VCR, stereo, cable, Books, DVD’s, and an antique piano. It has 3 large windows with stunning views of Seward's mountains and glaciers. From the large bay window, you can see the mouth of Resurrection Bay and surrounding mountains. Enjoy our antique piano and original hardware on the doors.

“The Harlequin Suite"

sleeps 4 and is $165 for 2 and $10 for each additional person. It features an eclectic one bedroom suite, with a queen pillow top mattress in one bedroom; and a twin daybed and a trundle bed with two twins. It has a full kitchen with pots/pans, stove refrigerator and a full private bath with tub and shower. The living room has a TV/VCR, cable, stereo, books, CD’s and videos. This warm and cozy space offers views of Mount Marathon, Seward's mountains and Resurrection Bay.

"Serenity Suite"

 sleeps up to six people comfortably. $165 for two people and $10 for each additional person with a king and twin in the bedroom and a queen futon in the living room. There is also a twin rollaway, a full kitchen with all dishes/pots/pans and a full private bath with tub/shower. The living room has TV/VCR, books, cable, CD’s, games, and videos. "SERENITY" has a lovely view of Mt Marathon surrounding Mountains and Resurrection Bay. It has a full kitchen and private entrance.

"The Hobbit Suite"

sleeps up to 4 people and is $135 for 2 people and $10 for each additional person. It has a full bed and full futon; a full kitchen with pots, pans, It is a spacious studio decorated in warm earth tones, with mahogany and pine furniture. It has a full private bathroom with a shower and blow dryer. The living room has TV/VCR, stereo, cable, books, videos, tapes, and games.

North of Seward: HoHum House

The HoHum House rents out rooms from $75 a night to $130 a night. There is one room that has it’s own kitchenette that sleeps up to 5 (the Moose Room) and the other 3 rooms sleep 2 people each and range from $75 to $90 per room.  It is located outside of Seward just a short drive to town.  There is a community living room, dining room, and kitchen area where continental breakfast is served.   Courtesy drop off and pickup service is provided.   

The HoHum Moose Room (below) is $130 a night for the first two people and $10 for each additional person.  It sleeps five.  It has 2 queen beds and one twin bed and it’s own kitchenette, a 36” TV and a full bath.  Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen.

The HoHum Bear Room (right) is $90 a night and sleeps two people with two twin beds and a half bathroom   Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen.

 

The HoHum Deer Room (right) is $90 a night and sleeps two people with one queen bed and a half bath. Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen.

Berry Patch House:

(sleeps up to 10 people) $335/with breakfast $295 without breakfast. for up to 6 people plus $20 dollars per  person for up to 8 people plus 2% sales tax. Room's can be rented separately for $119/night.   The Berry Patch House  is situated on a one acre lot on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is just a short distance from the hub of the town. The perimeter of the property is abundant with wild raspberry and blueberry bushes. Feel
free to relax on the hammock, soak in the hot tub, meander through the
woods, check out the chickens, browse our garden selection or pick
berries at your leisure.

  There are 3 rooms, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Includes TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, and wireless internet access.

 
   Your hosts are hikers, avid gardeners and hobby chicken farmers. We
can offer tips on sustainable living and point you in the right direction to
enjoy the beautiful views from local trails.

   Breakfast includes full breakfast with farm fresh eggs, specialty Alaskan
meats (moose bacon or caribou sausage) and homemade jellies from
the berries on our property. Served daily 7-9AM. If you're in a hurry or
need to catch an early charter, fresh fruit, muffins, and oatmeal is
available unhosted continental style 5-7AM.
