It sleeps 2 comfortably A Bay Suite is a new and quiet retreat in an ocean front cottage. Just step out of your private entrance and follow the short path to the beach, past humming birds, sea lions, whales, cruise ships and kayakers. Or you can walk the beach and cast for salmon.

you can sit on your private covered deck
or sink into your glider/rocker with a good book and glance out at the ocean to watch and listen to the tide rise and fall each day. As some would say, "It's as good as it gets."

  Across the street from the ocean.
This is a wonderful place to stay if you need a fishing charter,
or want to go kayaking at Millers Landing. 2 Bedrooms and 1
bath. Sleeps up to 8 people. Nice view of Resurrection Bay and
the Chugach Mountains. There are two double beds and a single
bed in the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen
bed and 2 double beds plus a sofa bed in the living room. The
kitchen has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker
and toaster, comes with dishs, no stove in the cottage but
there is a propane grill for outside cooking. There is a modern
bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Additional person is $20
per night per person. |

The Ocean Cottage is a larger, charming large 3 bedroom, two
story cottage/home on the oceanfront on Lowell Point with a
spectacular view of Resurrection Bay. The cottage is self contained with a full kitchen and 1 bath tub
and shower and a half bath upstairs (toilet and sink). The
first floor has 1 bedroom with 1 King or two twin beds (can be
set up either way). Kitchen has full sized stove, fridge,
freezer on site, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes
(serving 8), food saver available, 4 burner propane stove &
washer/dryer. There is a couch in the living room, Satellite TV,
DVD, Radio, VCR and games/books.
There's also a fireplace inside and a propane grill outside.
This is the only 3 bedroom cabin on the oceanfront in Seward. The 2nd floor has two more bedrooms with either a king bed or two twins (can be set up either way) in each room. There are cozy comforters or hand made quilts in each room. In the 2nd floor "commons area" there's a twin hide-a-bed and a youth bed. |

fish from the beach for salmon! This lovely house has one room on the oceanfront with a private beach and private entrance. The Bed and Breakfast has won awards for having the most beautiful garden in the area. It has a queen sized bed with two single beds in the loft. The private bath is located in the area below the loft. This spacious room includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator. The front deck has a picnic table and great scenery. There is an in-room telephone. The telephone line can also be used by guests with a laptop computer. One night deposit to hold; 90 days cancellation notice required; no pets; non-smoking room. |

Beautiful mountain and ocean setting.
The Otter Stay Cottage is a larger, charming 2 bedroom, two story
cottage/home just across the street from the beach on Lowell
Point with a spectacular view of Resurrection Bay and is about a
2 minute walk from Millers Landing.
The cottage is self contained with a full kitchen and 1 bath tub
and shower and outside hot tub. This is a 2-story home that can sleep 10 comfortably. Sleeping areas are on the 2nd floor in 2 large rooms. Master area has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2nd area has 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. The 1st floor is a large open area with sitting area, eating area and kitchen. The bath is off of the kitchen area and has a tub/shower, toilet and sink. Hot tub is located on the rear deck. There is no television reception but a CD/DVD player with an assortment of DVD's. Kitchen has large refrigerator, electric stove, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. Wi-Fi available. This is one of the only cabins in Seward of its size (holding 10 people) that has a hot tub and is also close to the beach! |

The Bear
Cub Cabin is a small two story cabin adjacent to the
Otter Cottage. It can be rented with the Otter Stay Cottage as an
additional cabin or can also be rented independently of the
Otter Stay Cabin by another guest. This is a small cabin with a
sleeping loft that can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably
although there is room for a double air mattress downstairs.
The loft is fully carpeted. There are 4 memory foam mattresses
in the upper loft area. There is no indoor toilet. There is an
outhouse about 20 away. There is hot and cold running water in
the sink. There is a newly installed hot shower outside of the
cabin. The cabin also has a 4 burner propane stove. There is a
small refrigerator and hot water on demand. The cabin is heated
with a propane direct-vent wall furnace. The cabin has
electricity. The kitchen has a microwave and coffeemaker. Pots &
pans, tableware & dishes are included with the cabin rental. The Cabin is just across the street from the beach on Lowell Point. Although the cabin does not have a view of the ocean, it is about a 2 minute walk from Millers Landing. |
