Miller's Landing has affordable cabins ranging from $50 a night and up. We are the only company that rents Seward's only true oceanfront lodging in Seward. Our lodging selections range from simple economical camping type cabins to high end beautiful beachfront cabins and lodges with full kitchens. We also rent remote cabins on the ocean only accessible by our water taxi. Many of the cabins are located on the beach or very close to the beach. Other cabins/lodging are located within 10 to 15 minutes of Miller's Landing. Here is a general list below to help you select the right cabin for your group.

Cabins $50 to $80

LookOut Cabin: (Sleeps 2); $50 per night/ double occupancy; one room cabin; wood stove for heat; electricity; located in campground area; about 2 minute walk to the beach; uses bathrooms/showers in campground nearby.

Crow's Nest Cabin: (Sleeps 9); $59 per night/ based on 4 people, $5.00 for each additional person over 4; two room cabin; wood stove for heat; microwave; mini-fridge; electricity; located in campground area; about 2 minute walk to the beach; uses bathrooms/showers in campground nearby.

Backpacker's Room: (Sleeps 2 to 3); $59; plain simple room; located in campground area; about 4 minute walk to the beach; uses bathrooms/showers in campground nearby.

Tree Cabins: Spruce, Birch, Hemlock, Willow, and Alder: (Sleeps 4 each); $59 per night/ based on double occupancy people, $5.00 for each additional person over 2. Propane stove for heat. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Uses bathrooms/showers in campground nearby.

Kayaker's Cove Private Cabin: (sleeps 3) $60.00 double occupancy, $20.00 for each additional. One bedroom with access to full kitchen (in lodge nearby); outhouse; no electricity; (propane lights/heating); water taxi is $55 per person round trip.

Seaside Cabin (Sleeps 4); $65 per night/ double occupancy; sleeping main floor/loft; wood stove for heat; mini fridge; electricity; microwave; located right on the oceanfront in campground area; uses bathrooms/showers in campground nearby.

Bear Cub Cabin: (sleeps up to 4 people)  $65 based on double occupancy. ($5 extra per person per night) for up to 4 people plus 3% sales tax. $5 extra per sleeping bag.  The Bear Cub Cabin is a small two story cabin adjacent to the Otter Cottage. It can be rented with the Otter Cottage as an additional cabin or can also be rented independently of the Otter Cabin by another guest.  The cabin is ideal for the adventure traveler.  This cabin would be very similar to a park service cabin or forest service cabin with the outhouse just a few steps away (no formal bathroom).  This is a small cabin with a sleeping loft that can sleep 2adults & 2 children. 2 sleeping bags and 4” memory foam mattress are included. There is no indoor toilet. Outhouse is about 20’ away. Hot and cold running water in the sink. 4 burner propane stove. Small refrigerator. Hot water on demand. Propane direct-vent wall furnace. Electricity. Microwave and coffeemaker. Pots & pans, tableware & dishes included.  The loft can sleep up to four people.   The Bear Cub Cabin is just across the street from the beach on Lowell Point. Although the cabin does not have a view of the ocean, it is about a 2 minute walk from Miller’s Landing. Guests will enjoy walking down the mile long Miller’s Landing beach where you can see Sea Otters playing in the ocean,  eagles, sea lions and sometimes whales!  Enjoy beachcombing Seward’s only mile long beach, just minutes from your cabin. When the salmon are in, they run right in front of the cabin property so you can have fun catching them off the beach or in a boat rental (or maybe your own boat too!). Enjoy beachcombing on  Seward’s only mile long beach, just minutes from your cabin, look for starfish, eagles, and playful sea otters as you enjoy the spectacular view.

Beach Cabin: $80 per night + 3% tax nightly. Sleeps 3, double size futon in downstairs, twin bed in upper loft with climbing ladder, no bathroom. This cabin can only be reserved in connection with either Beach #1, Beach #2 or the Tree fort Efficiency Apartment. It is basically available for larger groups where the bathrooms and showers can be shared with the other cabins. No private bath. Children 2 and under free. 2 night minimum during season.

Cabins $80 to $150

Chief Mate's Cabin (Sleeps 3) $89 per night/ double occupancy($15.00 per night per additional person over 2); one bedroom; Bathroom w/shower; full kitchen; BBQ, about a 4 minute walk to the beach.

North of Seward: Cabins 1 and 2: (sleeps 2) $90 double occupancy, Double bed with room for a roll-away, private bath; complete kitchen, linens, cable TV and hot tub facility. TV and hot tub facility.

The HoHum House: rents out rooms from $90 a night to $130 a night. It is located outside of Seward just a short drive to town.  There is a community living room, dining room, and kitchen area where continental breakfast is served.   Courtesy drop off and pickup service is provided.

• The HoHum Deer Room:   (sleeps 2) $90 double occupancy, please add $10.00 for each additional person. Has one queen bed and a half bath. Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen.
• The HoHum Bear Room:   (sleeps 2) $90 double occupancy, please add $10.00 for each additional person. Has two twin beds and a half bathroom   Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen.

Farm Bed and Breakfast Rooms

The Farm B&B rooms are bed and breakfast rooms or small cottages with rooms located in a restored farmhouse or on the grounds of the farm off of Salmon Creek Road just 3 miles north of the town of Seward. There is a BBQ grill, continental breakfast, and laundry facilities and freezer space too located on the premises.

More privacy than the main house; these are duplexes that have two rooms. The rooms are rented separately (not as one unit). There are two rooms in each cottage and each room has it’s own private entrance and own private bathroom. Cable TV, microwave, and phones are in each unit. Continental breakfast supplied.
 

• Duplex Sleeping Cottage Room 1: (sleeps 3) $90.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Double bed and room for a rollaway.
   
• Duplex Sleeping Cottage Room 2: (sleeps 3) $90.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Double bed and room for a rollaway.
   
• E-Z Room: (sleeps 3) $95.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Easy Access on the first floor near the dining room and laundry facilities. Queen Bed and twin bed in the room with private bath, Cable TV and telephone.
• Romantic Queen Room: (sleeps 4) $95.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Room is located on the 2nd floor with it’s own private deck. Shared bath with another room, queen bed and two twin beds. Cable TV and telephone.
  Master King Room: (sleeps 3) $95.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Spacious room with 32” cable TV, king size canopied bed and a twin bed, telephone and private bath.

• Room # 8: With Kitchenette: (sleeps 3) $100.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Has 3 twin beds.  Kitchen area with refrigerator freezer, range, and microwave.
   
• Room #9 With Kitchenette: (sleeps 3) $100.00 double occupancy, $15.00 for each additional. Has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Kitchen area with refrigerator freezer, range, and microwave.

Captain's Cabin (sleeps 5) $125 per night/double occupancy; open loft sleeping; full bath; full kitchen; about a 4 minute walk to the beach.

Waterfront Lodge Room #4: (sleeps 2) Rate is $105 U.S. + Tax (11%) Single or Double Occupancy; We strive to have each one of our rooms be uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether on vacation with your family or traveling on business.  Has cable TV and a VCR or DVD player. In addition, we provide "dark out" drapes to assist those who are unaccustomed to our long hours of daylight. Has a queen bed and shared bath.  Includes full breakfast, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi wireless and desk top internet access, free local calls, and cable TV with VCR. Near room coffee service,  and near room refrigerator and microwave oven. Free transfers between railroad station, cruise dock, bus station, and lodging. 2 night minimum stay.

Waterfront Lodge Room #3: (sleeps 3) Rate is $110 U.S. + Tax (11%) Single or Double Occupancy; Extra Person(s) 12 and older $10 each; We strive to have each one of our rooms be uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether on vacation with your family or traveling on business.  Has cable TV and a VCR or DVD player. Exit Glacier Area-Cabin #1 & 4: (sleeps 2- 4); $110/cabin (plus 3% tax) per night for 2 or more nights. $120 for a one night stay (plus 3% tax). No charge for additional guests, pets are free. Queen bed and 2 twin beds, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker, private bath, cable TV, and freezer space. 

Exit Glacier Area-Cabin #2 & 3: (sleeps 2- 4); $110/cabin (plus 3% tax) per night for 2 or more nights.  $120 for a one night stay (plus 3% tax). No charge for additional guests, pets are free.  Queen bed and  twin bed, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker, private bath, cable TV, and freezer space.

Lodge Standard Room F: (sleeps 3) $109 a night; 1 bedroom; 1 bath; right on the beach; continental breakfast.  Has a double and a twin bed.

Lodge Standard Room G: (sleeps 2) $109 a night; 1 bedroom; 1 bath; right on the beach; continental breakfast.  Only has a queen bed.

Lodge Standard Room H: (sleeps 3) $109 a night; 1 bedroom; 1 bath; right on the beach; continental breakfast.  Has a double and a twin bed.

Waterfront Lodge Room #2:  (sleeps 3) Rate is $125 U.S. + Tax (11%) Single or Double Occupancy; Extra Person(s) 12 and older $10 each; We strive to have each one of our rooms be uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean. Our staff will take great care of you while you stay with us, whether on vacation with your family or traveling on business.  Has cable TV and a VCR or DVD player. Camai House B&B:  3 Rooms $125.00 - $139.00 per night - double occupancy,  $15.00 per additional guest, plus taxes of 10%. Beautifully three room suite with over 900 sq ft of luxurious living space to enjoy!

 The HoHum House: rents out rooms from $90 a night to $130 a night. It is located outside of Seward just a short drive to town.  There is a community living room, dining room, and kitchen area where continental breakfast is served.   Courtesy drop off and pickup service is provided.

• The HoHum Moose Room:  (sleeps 5) $130 double occupancy, please add $10.00 for each additional person. It has 1 queen bed, 1 king bean and one twin bed and it’s own kitchenette, a 36” TV and a full bath.  Continental Breakfast is provided in the main kitchen

Whale Inn

Alaska’s Whale Inn is a house that has separate suites, each with their own private entrance, their own private kitchen area (with pots and pans) and baths, and cable TV, TV/VCR and more. It is just a few minute’s walk to the SeaLife Center and downtown Seward and about a mile away from the Seward Small Boat Harbor, making it ideal for those coming in on the train or wishing to lodge in Seward without renting a vehicle. A description of each of the suites is listed below:

• The Hobbit Suite: (sleeps 4) $139.00 double occupancy, $10.00 for each additional. It is a spacious studio decorated in warm earth tones, with mahogany and pine furniture. It has a full bed and full futon.

Beach House Efficiency Apartment: $140 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person. Sleeps 3, queen size futon in downstairs, twin bed in upper loft with climbing ladder, full Kitchen with dishes, pot & pans, full bathroom with shower, and private entrance.  Children 2 and under free. 2 night minimum during season.

The North of Seward - Abode Well Cabin: One cabin includes a total of 7 cabins.  Just a 10 minute drive north of Seward.

• Cabins #1 - #6: (sleeps 2) $145(June, July, August), $99(May and September) double occupancy, please add $15.00 for each additional person. Come with either a queen bed or two twins. A roll away is also available. Full private bath.

Whale Inn

North of Seward: Moose Cabin: (sleeps 4) $150 double occupancy, please add $20.00 for each additional up to 4 extra, children under 2 are Free. 2 bedrooms; one bedroom has queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Living room has a full size futon. Fully furnished kitchen and full bath.

North of Seward Lost Lake Trailhead Cabin #1: (sleeps 6) $150 double occupancy, please add $15.00 for each additional person.  3 queen beds. Winter rates: $99 plus $15 per each additional person. (two beds in the loft area and one in the downstairs area). The kitchen area includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker with toaster. There is no cook stove but there is a private barbeque area with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside.  The bathroom includes a shower and soaps. The cabin has a TV/DVD combination and there is ample parking for boats and trailers.   The downstairs area has a couch and living area.

North of Seward Lost Lake Trailhead Cabin # 2: (sleeps 6) $150 double occupancy, please add $15.00 for each additional person. 3 queen beds. Winter rates: $99 plus $15 per each additional person.  (two beds in the loft area and one in the downstairs area).  The kitchen includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker with toaster. There is no cook stove but there is a private barbeque area with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside.  The bathroom includes a shower and soaps. North of Seward: Misty “C” Cabin 1:  (sleeps 2-3) $140 per night for 2 or more nights, $155 for a one night stay. Double occupancy, please add $10.00 for each additional person. (All Cabins will be 140.00 per night for 2 or more nights stay + $10.00 for each person over 2) Queen bed, and double day bed, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, satellite TV and barbeque.

North of Seward: Misty “C” Cabin 2 and 3:  (sleeps 2-3) $140 per night for 2 or more nights. $155 for one night. Double occupancy, please add $10.00 for each additional person. (All Cabins will be 140.00 per night for 2 or more nights stay + $10.00 for each person over 2) Queen bed, and double day bed, complete kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, separate shower, satellite TV and barbeque.

Brass Lantern Bed and Breakfast: (sleeps 4) $150 per night (double occupancy $15.00 per extra person per night) Our B&B features a kitchen, bath, comfortable sitting area, two cozy bedrooms (queen, twin/trundle) and an upper deck with views of the bay. Patio, lawn chairs, and propane grill are also available for your use. This is a private unit and not shared with others.

Oceanfront Inn: (sleeps 4) $159 per night (double occupancy $15 per person per night for each additional person up to 4). 3% sales tax (Off season rates are: $89 and are effective the day after Labor day until the day before Memorial Day weekend in May.)  One night deposit to hold; 90 days cancellation notice required; no pets; non smoking room; check out 11 AM; check in after 3 PM.

North of Seward:  Chalet: (sleeps 6-8) $160 based on 4 occupants, please add $15.00 for each additional person; There is a double bed upstairs. Two singles and double downstairs and a pull out couch. Private bath; linens, complete kitchen, cable TV and hot tub facility.

• Serenity Suite: (sleeps 6) $169.00 double occupancy, $10.00 for each additional. Has a king and twin in the bedroom and a queen futon in the living room. There is also a twin rollaway.

Cooper Landing Fishing Cabins: We have several types of lodging to choose from. No pets please. Towels, Bed Linens, Cooking Utensils, and Dinnerware provided. Check out the variety of cozy cabins below.

• River view Cabin: (sleeps 6) $165 per night; Our latest addition comfortably sleeps six, as two full-sized beds complete the common upstairs, and the living room futon below unfolds to avail a bed. Includes a complete kitchen and bath, as well as a scenic back deck with personal river view.

On The Hill Standard Room: (sleeps 2); $169 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person and includes a continental breakfast. 1 bedroom; full bath; Located in Town; about a 10 minute drive to Seward or a 15 minute drive to Miller's Landing. This bedroom has a queen size bed, table and chairs, cable TV, and large private bathroom with tub and shower. This room has a private entrance.  Book before June 1st and pay $149 per night.

Beach House #1: $170 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person.  Sleeps 7. 1 private room with queen bed; crawl-in loft with queen bed; queen sofa bed in living room; single futon in sunroom. Kitchen with full size refrigerator; stove/oven; microwave; coffee pot; toaster; pots, pans and dishes. 1 bathroom with shower. Children 2 and under free. 2 night minimum during season.

 
Beach House #2: $170 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person. Sleeps 6. 2 private bedrooms with queen beds. 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with all amenities. 1 bathroom with tub/shower combination. Children 2 and under free. 2 night minimum during season.

Alaska Base Camp Oceanfront Lodging Yurt:
$175 for the first two people and $25 for each additional person; sleeps 2 comfortably and up to 4 or 5 in a more crowded setting. This is a new beautiful yurt on the oceanfront with a dynamite view and a mile long beach to walk on. You can drive right up to it on the oceanfront… It is common to see lots of eagles, sea otters, sometimes whales and sea lions and cruise ships sailing in and out of the Bay. It is located just a short walk from Miller’s Landing (about a 4 minute walk) where you can rent boats, kayaks, and go fishing. There is great beach fishing during the fishing season for salmon. It has a spectacular oceanfront view, and is very modern with a kitchen, refrigerator, BBQ grill and coffee pot but no cooking stove. It sleeps 2 comfortably but can sleep up to 5 with a queen size bed, a futon, a day bed with trundle that has two twins in the trundle.

North of Seward Cedar Cabin  (sleeps 4) $178.50 double occupancy, please add $15.30 for each additional person.  The cabin comes with teas, coffees, hot chocolate, dishes, utensils and a BBQ on the front porch, and even comes with paper plates.  There is a thermostatically controlled fireplace.   It has a king sized bed and a queen sized futon. Bath with shower. 

Whale Inn

• The International Suite: (sleeps 5) $189.00 double occupancy, $10.00 for each additional. A large one bedroom suite with wood floors throughout.  It sleeps five people with a queen bed in one bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room and a twin rollaway. 

On The Hill Large Room: (sleeps 4); $199 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person. Along with a nice view, this bedroom has two double beds, a sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, writing table, cable TV, and large bathroom with shower and tub. This room has a private entrance.   Book before June 1st and pay $169 per night.

Cooper Landing Fishing Cabins: We have several types of lodging to choose from. No pets please. Towels, Bed Linens, Cooking Utensils, and Dinnerware provided. Check out the variety of cozy cabins below.

• Big House: (sleeps 6-10) $200 per night; Our three private-bedroom log home is furnished to comfortably sleep 6-10, as it also includes an open-lofted futon bed as well as two living room couches. The kitchen is fully-equipped; the 1.5 baths include a washer/dryer set. The oil and wood stoves provide warmth and comfort. This complete home is perfect for larger parties.
• River House: (sleeps 4) $225 per night; Enjoy our quaint riverfront log home that comfortably sleeps 4, with two full size beds located on the top floor. At midlevel, enjoy a full size kitchen, living and dining area with full views of the river. Includes bath, atrium and covered back deck on same level.

In Town-Sea Suites 2 Suites; (sleeps 4) 2 suites based on availability; $250 per night per suite in July and August. May, June, and September are $225, (based on 4 people, $25.00 for each additional person). Each suite includes a main bedroom with a king bed; and depending on your needs either a room with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds; fully equipped kitchen; dining area; cable TV; full bathroom and washer and dryer. These suites are located at the base of Mt. Marathon with a view of down town Seward.

The North of Seward - Abode Well Cabin: One cabin includes a total of 7 cabins.  Just a 10 minute drive north of Seward.

• Cabin #7: Large Family Cabin: (sleeps 6) $245(June, July, August), $165(May and September) double occupancy, please add $15.00 for each additional person. Two upstair bedrooms with with a queen and twin bed. Full private bath with shower on main floor. A roll away or fold out futon is available.

Nick and Beuhla's Four-Bedroom Cabin: (sleeps 8)  $250 to $350 depending on the amount of rooms taken: ($250 rate is for 2 bedrooms or up to 4 people and each additional room taken is $50 more). (The house is only rented to one group of people at a time.) 4 bedrooms total: two have a queen bed in each room; one has a double bed, one has two twin (long) beds.  There is a bathroom with tub and shower; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils and a full fridge. Also a BBQ grill outside.   No Pets, No Smoking indoors.  Two day minimum stay. Cabin is approximately a 10 minute drive to downtown Seward or the boat harbor; and a 15 minute drive to Lowell Point (Miller's Landing).

Admiral's Cottage (Sleeps 2 to 12); $265 per night (based on double occupancy: $15.00 per night per additional person over 2); 4 bedrooms; full kitchen; BBQ, 1 ½ baths; about 3 minute walk to beach.

Lowell Point Cabin: (sleeps up to 8 people) $269 double occupancy, additional person is $15 per night per person, plus 3% tax.  Children under 10 are free. 2 Bedrooms 1 Bath; View of Resurrection Bay and the Chugach Mountains. There are two double beds and a single bed in the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has one queen bed and 2 twin beds.  There is sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes. There is no stove in the cottage but there is a propane grill for outside cooking. There is a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.  Although there is room to sleep up to 11 people; it is limited to 8 people total. 

North of Seward: R & M Cabin: (sleeps 3-10) $270 based on 6 people, please add $20.00 for each additional person. 3 bedrooms/2 baths  Queen size bed in each bedroom with either a double sofa bed or twin sofa bed. Full Kitchen. This is perfect for a larger family or group looking to stay together. Conveniently located in quiet woodland setting only three miles north of the lovely town of Seward, Alaska.

The HoHum Lodge: (sleeps 6) $310.00 additional guest charge after 6 people at $10.00 per person. Rents out rooms from $90 a night to $130 a night. It is located outside of Seward just a short drive to town.  There is a community living room, dining room, and kitchen area where continental breakfast is served.   Courtesy drop off and pickup service is provided.  Rent the entire house or by room.

Stellar Jay Chalet: (sleeps 7) $275 based on 4 people per night. $25.00 per additional person per night.  Named for the Northern visitor, this warm, cozy, beautifully decorated chalet is nestled among the Hemlock and Spruce trees high on the hill affording sweeping views up the valley to the far end of Trail Lake.  The Chalet has three levels; two bedrooms and a loft, two bathrooms and two living/family rooms.  One bedroom with a twin/full bunk bed and sliding glass doors offering a wonderful views of the lake and mountains (and this summer - opening out onto a large deck).  Full Kitchen with counter bar that seats four; dining table seats six.  Loft with a queen bed.

Lodge 2 Bedroom Suite: (Sleeps 4) $299 double occupancy $15 for each additional person per night. This suite has two private bathrooms along with a full kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, microwave and a large living room with a view of the mountains and Resurrection Bay. This suite works well for those who appreciate a large living room with a view and also works well for a family.  One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has two double beds.  Breakfast is served in a common lounge area that overlooks Resurrection Bay and the Chugach Mountains. Most days from any of our areas with views of the Bay, you will see sea otters, sea lions, bald eagles, and occasionally a humpback or Orca whale.

Lodge 3 Bedroom Suite: (sleeps 8) $349 double occupancy $15 for each additional person per night. 3% sales tax. This suite includes a private kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The living room has a view of the mountains and Resurrection Bay. The suite is upstairs in the original lodge with 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two double beds. The last room has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. This area works well for a large family. Continental breakfast is included. Check-in is 4 PM Check-out is by 10 AM. 

Berry Patch B & B:  3 Rooms $350 with breakfast, $335 without breakfast, up to 10 people max. plus 3% sales tax. 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Includes TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, and wireless internet access.

Otter Cottage: (sleeps up to 10 people)  $299 double occupancy $15 for each additional person per night. (Children 2 and under free) The Otter Cabin is a larger, charming large 2 bedroom,  two story cottage/home with a hot tub. Just across the street from the beach on Lowell Point with a spectacular view of Resurrection Bay and is about a 2 minute walk from Miller’s Landing. You can see Sea Otters playing in the ocean from the cabin! Eagles, sea lions and sometimes whales are also fun to watch! Enjoy beachcombing Seward’s only mile long beach, just minutes from your cabin. When the salmon are in, they run right in front of the Otter Cottage, so you can have fun catching them off the beach or in a boat rental (or maybe your own boat too!). Enjoy beachcombing on  Seward’s only mile long beach, just minutes from your cabin, look for starfish, eagles, and playful sea otters as you enjoy the spectacular view. This is a 2-story home that can sleep up to 8comfortably. Sleeping areas are on the 2ndfloor in2 large rooms. Master area has 1 queen bed and 2twin beds. 2ndarea has 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds. There is a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. The 1stfloor is a large open are with sitting area, eating area and kitchen. The bath is off of the kitchen area and has a tub/shower, toilet and sink. Hot tub on the rear deck. There is no television reception but a CD/DVD player with an assortment of DVD's. Kitchen has large refrigerator, electric stove, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. WiFi available. This is one of the only cabins in Seward of its size (holding 10 people) that has a hot tub and is also close to the beach!

On The Hill 2 Bed room Suite: (sleeps 6); $368 per night + 3% tax nightly, double occupancy + $15 per additional person; Two Bedroom Suite. This suite includes the Standard room listed above along with the Large Room listed above.  Book before June 1st and pay $318 per night.

Hotels & Motels

Downtown Seward Hotel: Rates range from $155-$235 for standard to deluxe view rooms. Double, Queen and King Beds available. Located in downtown Seward the hotel features comfortable rooms, a spa room with exercise equipment, hot tub and sauna. Extra person over double occupancy is $10 per person extra. Children under 18 stay free in paid adult's room. Everything a person could want in a Hotel Room.

Hotel Edgewater:  Rates range from $89-$389.  These are 2008 rates and are subject to change. Directly overlooking Resurrection Bay in Seward, Alaska, the Hotel Edgewater offers you exceptionally beautiful views from many of its rooms. Combined with 76 comfortable rooms and a downtown location, conference facilities, and a friendly staff, Hotel Edgewater offers guests an enjoyable stay in the heart of Kenai Fjords National Park.

Murphy's Motel: Rates range from $149 to $169 plus 11% bed tax .  Rooms have 1 or 2 queen beds.  Smoking and non smoking sections, Cable TV with remote and free local phones and data ports.  In room coffee and tea with refrigerator and microwave.  Parking directly in front of room.  We also have kitchenettes available.

Holiday Inn Express Seward: Rates range from $189-$259. Please call us for the best possible internet rates. Spacious Harbor view and Mountains side Motel Rooms. The waterfront property features 82 well-appointed guest rooms featuring 2 queen beds, cable TV, phones with data-ports and coffee makers. Amenities: Alarm Clock, AM/FM Radio, Coffee Maker, Color TV, Data port on Phone, Electronic Door Locks, Hairdryer, Cable TV, Private Bath, Spa, Indoor Pool, Gifts Shops, Business Center.
