A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a Seward kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, a carpeted crawl-in loft with a Queen-sized mattress, and a Queen futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and the house also features a full bath with a shower.

Guests can enjoy the use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. Firewood can be purchased at many of the local stores. A crib and baby gate are also on site if required, based upon availability.
